Below the apartment you can stock up on groceries or relax in the many cafes and watch the world go by.

About the Apartment:
The Apartment was built in 1921.
It has a wonderful Parisian style, with authentic French shutters.
There is a security intercom at the main front door which leads to a marble hallway and a 1920`s French style lift.
The hallway has fresh flowers and is well maintained with the smell of baguettes, croissants & fresh cakes being made from the Boulangerie below our Apartment.
The Promenade des Anglais is a 2 minute walk away & the parks for the children to play are just a minute away.

Places of Interest Outside Nice:
The train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment where you can hop aboard and travel 45 minutes to Italy, or Antibes where the rich & famous like to play, Monaco renowned for its F1 Circuit is just 20 minutes away, next Door is Monte Carlo the gambling capital of the world and Cannes famous for the Film Festival held in May is 1 hr away, but if your here for the skiing then hop aboard a bus which will take you to the Isola2000 ski resort.

The kitchen comprises of a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker & hob, DAB radio, kettle, toaster, iron & board plus all the usual utensils.
The kitchen/dining table can seat upto 6 people, the apartment also has wooden flooring throughout, 2 double bedrooms, a flat screen T.V, DVD player and a sofa bed in the living area.
